Terms of Service

By using the site, opening an account, creating an event or registering for one, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

gap lets hosts publish event pages, and lets everyone else discover events and register for them. The service is free of charge; there are no paid features today.

Events are user-generated content. We are only the platform: we are not the organizer of any event listed here, we do not vet events in advance, and we do not vouch for them.

You sign in with Telegram. The details on your profile must be accurate, and the Telegram account you use must be your own. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Guests may register for events without an account by giving a name and, optionally, a Telegram username. The same rules of conduct apply to them.

Hosts are solely responsible for their events, including:

• the legality of the event and the safety of attendees;
• the accuracy of the event page (time, place, price, capacity);
• having permission to use the venue;
• asking only for information they genuinely need in registration questions;
• any payments handled outside the platform.

We are not a party to any arrangement between hosts and attendees.

You attend events at your own judgment. Give honest information when registering, and follow the host’s reasonable instructions and the venue’s rules. If you can’t make it, cancel your registration so your spot can go to someone else.

• events that violate the laws of Uzbekistan, or promotion of illegal activity;
• harassment, threats, abuse, or incitement of hatred;
• spam, fake events, or inflating registrations;
• impersonating another person or organization;
• harvesting other users’ data or scraping the site;
• attempting to break or bypass the service’s security.

When we believe these terms are being violated or the service is being harmed, we may — at our discretion, with or without notice — remove or unlist any content and suspend or delete any account. We are a small service and cannot review everything; please report violations via @bitta_gina_gap_bot.

You keep all rights to the content you post (event descriptions, images, answers). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it to the extent needed to run the service: event pages, share previews, notifications.

Only upload content you have the rights to.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that events will take place as described.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or profits, or for anything that happens at or because of an event: cancellations, injuries, disputes between hosts and attendees. The service is free, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account via @bitta_gina_gap_bot. We may terminate access to an account as described under “Moderation”. Provisions that by their nature should survive (limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site and update the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If any provision turns out to be invalid, the rest remain in force.
