Privacy Policy

The service is run by GAP BOR LLC (in Uzbek: «GAP BOR» MChJ), a limited liability company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You can reach us via our Telegram bot: @bitta_gina_gap_bot.

From Telegram, when you sign in:

• Telegram ID;
• first and last name;
• username;
• profile photo URL.

Provided by you:

• phone number — only when an event’s host requires it for registration;
• your answers to registration questions written by the host;
• details you enter on your profile (name, public links);
• a name and an optional Telegram username, if you register as a guest without an account.

Generated as you use the service:

• RSVP and attendance status (registered, waitlisted, cancelled, and so on);
• check-in timestamps at events;
• who you follow and who follows you;
• your language preference.

We do not collect precise location, your contacts, or anything from your Telegram conversations.

This data exists to run the service itself: signing you in, showing guest lists, giving hosts tools to manage their events, sending notifications via our Telegram bot, and remembering your language.

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share data with third parties for marketing.

We share data only where the service cannot work without it: with the infrastructure providers that host it (see “Where your data lives”), and with Telegram, when our bot sends you a message. If the authorities of Uzbekistan present a lawful demand for data, we will be obliged to comply with it.

Notifications — registration confirmations, event updates and reminders, messages from hosts — arrive as Telegram messages from our bot. You can stop them at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram.

When you register for an event, your name, username and photo may appear on its guest list (the host can hide a guest). The event’s host and co-hosts see your answers to their questions and, if it was required, your phone number.

An organizer page shows that person’s public events, links and follower count.

To be plain about it: your data is stored with cloud providers located outside Uzbekistan — the site runs on Vercel infrastructure (USA/EU), and the database is hosted by Neon. By using the service, your data is transferred to and stored on servers abroad.

Account and registration data is kept for as long as your account exists. Notification queue records are purged after about 7 days. If you delete your account, your profile and registrations are removed.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data — message @bitta_gina_gap_bot. Deleting your account removes your profile and your registrations.

We use one essential cookie — gap_session — which keeps you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies today; if that changes, we will update this policy.

The service is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy. We will announce significant changes on the site and update the date at the top of this page.
